TRY Consulting Solutions is a family-owned business that values building healthy relationships in communities, leadership, and in the workplace. We believe that communities are composed of important individuals, groups, and businesses ranging between small to large. We value having empathy and sincerity to our clients.
Our mission
It is our mission to serve communities by providing consulting support to magnify their greatness. Our products, services, and materials are unlimited by nature for the purpose of leaving a wide berth for creativity. We value being culturally competent, transparent and professionally dignified which allows us to successfully collaborate with all people from any protected classes. TRY Consulting Solutions, Inc. likes to use the example of a magnifying glass and wrecking ball approach. We assess and observe situations as if we are analyzing them using a magnifying glass, while then providing a wrecking ball to the areas that are in need of improvement. We then develop client-centered solutions that will assist the companies to restructure and rebuild the departments and areas identified in the process. Our mission is to brainstorm solutions for the client, in hopes to help with expanding, enhancing, while creating a healthy business environment for those in need.

The approach we use is Client-Centered and Solution-Focused, as we create goals and action plans for our clients.
Step 1:
Schedule a Free Inquiry with the TRY Consulting Solutions Representative who provides the services you are seeking. We offer one-on-one consulting sessions, group consulting sessions, trainings, seminars, and classes. We offer packages to meet small or large business needs and provide individual sessions that can be scheduled as needed.

Step 2. If we are a good fit for your personal or business needs, you will then schedule your first appointment on our calendar.
Note: all payments are due at the time of scheduling an appointment to secure an appointment slot.
2a. Decide if you prefer a consulting or training package, retainer, or individual consulting. You can discuss this in your free inquiry.
2b. Next, complete our intake contract, questionnaire, forms, and payment information before the first session.
Our Team
John-Joshua Strawder
John-Joshua Strawder is a native of Northern California who enlisted into the Marine Corps after graduating High-school. John was a Spanish Linguist and an Analyst during his 5-year enlistment. John was Honorably Discharged as a Sergeant. John considers his two biggest successes in life to be his Marriage and his Family. John graduated magna cum laude from Epic Bible College with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. John became a Police Officer with Stockton Police Department and then transitioned to Elk Grove Police Department, where he was promoted to Sergeant. For the past 20 years John has served numerous people and companies in the private and public sectors. His deep and profound understanding of people, culture, and business allows him to customize consults, training, curriculum and advertisement campaigns to the specific needs of the client. John considers himself to be an artist when it comes to creating intriguing concepts that connect people to their desired destinations. John is most skilled in interpreting, translating, and rephrasing ideas in such a way that it still retains its original meaning. The idea, goal, and or dream still retains the pure passion from which it was formed. From job interview preparation all the way to commercial storyboard sessions. John is the consultant for you.

Latasha Strawder
Latasha is a native of Northern California who obtained higher education at California state university, Sacramento (CSUS). Latasha has a bachelor's degree in Sociology, master's degree in counseling education, with a specialty in Marriage & Family Therapy. Latasha enjoyed learning about Business Management and Human Resources while obtaining her degree at CSUS. She's always enjoyed learning about processes, developing and maintaining systems, while maintaining professionalism. Relationship building is important to her, as when studying Sociology, she observed people in their environments and developed a great understanding about human interactions with one another. This is what sparked the interest of observation and she utilized this skill when providing support in the therapy realm. Latasha has observed countless individuals in their environment and provided feedback to determine the level of functioning and how equipped one may be. Latasha has helped many people by providing feedback using her observation skills, to help improve the quality of life to those in need. especially in the school system and mental health programs.
Latasha enjoys being creative, art, and values people. People from different backgrounds are what makes the world unique. Latasha enjoys learning about the uniqueness of others and uses this to create ideal outcomes for upcoming businesses, as well as established businesses. It is important for her to give multiple perspectives, as many have preconceived ideas and values when everyone can come together, showing empathy from those who may be from a span of backgrounds. Having experience with Sociology and being a solution-focused Mental Health Counselor allows Latasha to see companies and people from many lenses. This is what you can expect when working with TRY Consulting Solutions, Inc., providing a way for companies to rebuild and redevelop systemic approaches to further enhance one's legacy. Latasha is currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design and includes Human-Centered Design into innovative creations to meet each individual business needs.
